The Curtis Thermal Processing (CTP) facility was created to compliment the coatings provided by Curtis Metal Finishing. Utilizing two mesh belt furnaces, CTP has the ability to neutral harden approximately 250,000 pounds of fasteners and stampings per day.

CTP has been audited to the CQI-9 heat treat assessment and has a complete in house metallurgical laboratory.  The CTP facility has a dedicated metallurgical staff and our computer controlled process and lot traceablility offers consistency from order to order.  This facility is located within one mile from our Curtis Metal Finishing facility in Machesney Park, Illinois.  Click Here to learn more about Curtis Metal.
